  1. Food ingredients are freshly procured from the high-end stores after order confirmation, hence the customer needs to order one day in advance for food items. Rs 200 are shipping charges for deliveries within Karachi
  2. The customer will usually get an order in 15 business days after the order is placed for clothing and jewellery items as they will be arranged from our different supplier across Pakistan. Free Shipping across Pakistan for orders greater than Rs 10,000. (Clothing and Jewellery items only)
  3. “Cash on Delivery” orders will be processed after a successful telephonic verification. However, Food and Fashion by Huma reserves the right to process “Cash on Delivery” orders without telephonic verification for verified customers and/or during a period of high volume that includes sale, season launches, and other promotions.
  4. Order Tracking: Shortly after placing your order, you will receive an email with your order number and an order tracking number (if a valid email address was provided). During transit of your package, you may enter that number into our Order Tracking section to check your order status.
  5. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the website. Actual color of the product on delivery may slightly vary as it depends upon the customer end screen resolutions when ordering.
  6. Custom duties, taxes and shipping charges on international orders: – All international orders may be subject to local taxes and duties. Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package(s). – We ship your package “Duty and Taxes” and shipping charges unpaid, and we do not calculate any local taxes or duties during checkout. – Any fees that are due will be collected on delivery of the order. If your order requires any additional charges, they must also be paid by the customer for the package to clear customs which vary from country to country and cannot be predicated accurately.
  7. Only those items can be exchanged within 15 days that are faulty/ defective and damaged at the time of delivery and are immediate reported to our team upon delivery.
